Raw veganism: clear conscience health and sustained weight loss

By JLBane

Raw veganism, or ‘the living diet’ is about as healthy and natural as it gets. However, referring to it as a ‘diet’ does it no justice at all; faddy diets come and go and generally all prove worthless and ultimately ineffective. Raw foodies see it as a life choice and lifestyle borne of a deep love and respect for the animal kingdom and the natural environment.

Eating raw vegan food has so many healthy bonuses. Firstly, you’re consuming food which contains living enzymes that are vital to the body. By cooking food you destroy these vital elements and render it nutrionally worthless.

The healing power of raw food is immense and it has reversed diabetes completely, sent cancer into complete remission and healed broken bones in very short time. Of course the food industry and Big Pharma don’t want you to know that; they want to keep their food slaves in the dark and the profits rolling in.

Raw is also exceptional for weight loss and when combined with yoga or a reasonable walk every day, the pounds drop off very quickly. Dr. Gabriel Cousens has consistently changed people’s lives for the better by teaching them the virtues of raw and letting them experience for themselves the difference in their mood, health and weight.

Animal free, free animals.

By living on a plant based diet you are eating conscience free as no animals are slaughtered, tortured or treated in countless other barbaric ways just to fill your belly with food that has no value to your body.

These days most people see food as packaged and branded items on the supermarket shelf or in waxed paper wrappers from fast food places; not even remotely aware of the trauma and suffering the animals went through to reach the blissfully ignorant consumers’ stomachs.

The food industry is rife with propaganda; watch the TV to see food commercials for ‘healthy options’ and then look at the ingredients on those items. I guarantee they’ll contain sugar and meat related products which have come from Genetically Modified (GM) food sources. Sugar alone is one of the biggest contributors to major health issues, especially diabetes and obesity.

Just because the adverts say it’s healthy, doesn’t mean it is.

Completely organic food is the only way to go; vegetables covered in pesticides are incredibly bad for our bodies while seasonal vegetables being available all year round should set alarm bells ringing.

The raw philosophy.

The essence of raw veganism is the hard, proven fact that humans are designed to live on plants. We have teeth like a cow and other grazing animals; they’re not sharp like dogs or cats which are natural carnivores. Anyone arguing that we can’t sustain ourselves on plants should take a look at gorillas; they’re the strongest upright mammal and one of the most powerful creatures on earth for their size. And what do they live on?

You got it: plants.

The raw vegan diet is extremely versatile and creative chefs can replicate raw versions of almost every dish you can think of; ravioli, pad thai, chilli ‘sin’ carne, lasagne, pizza, cakes, apple pie, madras curry – you name it; all extremely tasty, made from raw vegetables and nuts, packed full of vitamins and living enzymes – and no animal deaths involved.

It’s a shift in consciousness, moving away from the lies and murderous secrets of the food industry and the happy, smiling cow logos and labels with laughing pigs and jolly sheep; the old way of eating coming full circle to become the lifestyle of the future.

Try raw for one month and see just how good you quickly begin to feel.
